<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant fabric which obtains flame retardancy by using a non-halogen-based flame retardant, and hardly causes a water mark. <P>SOLUTION: Silica fine particles that have been subjected to hydrophobic treatment are provided in the whole of the flame-retardant fabric, and further the non-halogen-based flame retardant is provided on a rear face of the flame-retardant fabric, together with a binder resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
