摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manufacture a complex optical component integrated with a resin-made optical lens and a resin-made lens holder without increasing man-hours in a state that the lens and the lens holder are surely bonded. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the complex optical component 1 having the optical lens 2 and the lens holder 3, the optical lens 2 is injection-molded by using a first resin being a thermosetting resin (ST2), and the lens holder 3 is injection-molded by using a second resin being a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin in a stage prior to the finish of the cross-linking reaction of the thermosetting resin of the optical lens 2 (ST3, 4). The cross-linking reaction of the resin of the optical lens 2 is progressed after the injection-filling of the resin for molding the lens holder, and there is formed a bonded state by a cross-linking structure between the resins at the side of the lens holder 3. Thus, the complex optical component excellent in heat resistance can be obtained, and both the lens 2 and the lens holder 3 can surely be bonded and integrated without adding a cross-linking process such as light irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
