摘要 A multi-spectral imaging method for ultraweak photon emission and a system thereof. By forming the single-photon detectors of all response bands into a linear array and by using beam splitting technology, the multi-spectral two-dimensional imaging of ultraweak photon emission object can be achieved. The multi-spectral two-dimensional imaging system for ultraweak photon emission utilizes compressive sensing theory and DLP technology, and utilizes a single-photon detector linear array as a detection element to achieve high-resolution optical modulation. The multi-spectral two-dimensional imaging system for ultraweak photon emission comprises: a filter (6), a first lens (1), a DMD control system (7), a second lens (2), a spectrophotometer (3), a single-photon detector linear array (4) consisting of several single-photon detectors with different response wavelengths, and a central processing unit (5). The sensitivity of the imaging system can reach the single-photon level. The present invention can be widely applied in fields such as bioluminescence detection, medical diagnosis, non-destructive material analysis, astronomical observation, national defense and military, spectral measurement and quantum electronics.
