<p>Provided is a technology wherein it is possible to improve the isolation properties between a plurality of signal electrodes disposed on a substrate for mounting. Even when a transmission signal outputted to the transmission element (13) of a branching filter (10) from the transmission electrode (21) of a substrate (2) for mounting leaks to a ground electrode (24), the transmission signal leaked to the ground electrode (24) will mainly transmit through the edge (24a) of the ground electrode (24). Therefore, the transmission signal leaked to the ground electrode (24) flows to a plurality of via conductors (25) disposed such that the edge surfaces thereof overlap with the edge (24a) of the ground electrode (24) when viewed from above. Thus, the transmission signal outputted from the transmission electrode (21) and leaked to the ground electrode (24) is prevented from flowing to the side of the reception electrode (22) via the edge (24a) of the ground electrode (24). As a result, it is possible to improve the isolation properties between the transmission electrode (21) and the reception electrode (22) disposed on the substrate (2) for mounting on which the branching filter (10) is mounted.</p> |
