FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A pump for low pressure therapy comprises a first cylinder and a piston movable in the first cylinder. A filling chamber is limited between a closed end of the first cylinder and the piston. A piston spring is connected to actuate a piston to move its in the direction enabling higher capacity of the filling chamber. A packer is provided inside the first cylinder. An adjusted chamber is limited between the packer and the piston. The adjustor when passing provides connection by a fluid medium between the filling and adjusted chambers. A second cylinder is provided to actuate the piston to move it to compression when the low pressure source is manually actuated. A valve is mounted to actuate the adjuster pass for selective connection or disconnection between the filling and adjusted chambers. A pipe line is used to connect the pump with the low pressure therapeutic system.
