<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method of lowering a temperature of a wind of an electric fan, a cold wind agent for use in the same, and to provide the electric fan including the same. <P>SOLUTION: This electric fan includes at least one cold wind agent for the electric fan comprising an air-permeable bag having a water-absorbent resin therein in front of or behind a fan of the electric fan. The cold wind agent is a band-like article, a sheet-like article, or a sheet-like article with a hole.
