<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently image a plurality of components, by using a line sensor, which are transported side by side and have different proper intensity of illumination. <P>SOLUTION: The component imaging device includes an imaging unit 7 containing a camera 30 equipped with a line sensor, an illumination device 31, and an illumination control part 32, a storage part 44 in which proper illumination intensity data 44b is stored for each of a first component and a second component, imaging control means (main control part 41 and illumination control part 32) which controls illumination intensity based on the illumination intensity data 44b so that the illumination intensity of the illumination device 31 is switched to a proper illumination intensity for each component at every imaging line, during movement of a head unit 6 relative to the imaging unit 7, and an image processing part 42 which compensates a line image that is imaged with an illumination intensity other than the proper illumination intensity based on the ratio between the illumination intensity and the proper illumination intensity of a component of a component image, relating to the image of each component imaged with the line sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
