<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a flat wire coil in which peeling amount of insulation film in a terminal part is stably to be a predetermined value from the root side to the tip side when peeling the insulation film in the terminal part of the flat wire coil, therefore copper volume required for bond strength can be ensured, peeling time of the insulation film can be reduced and it contributes to manufacturing automation of the flat wire coil. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a flat wire coil including a coil winding part which winds the flat wire in a coil shape and terminal parts 12A and 12B which project from the coil winding part to outward, when the terminal parts 12A and 12B supported by a carrier machine pass through a cutting device 3 in a long side direction or a short side direction of the terminal parts 12A and 12B during transportation of the flat wire coil by the carrier machine, a cutting tool of the cutting device 3 peels an insulation film that covers a long side surface or a short side surface of the terminal parts 12A and 12B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
