<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service without making a user conscious of decentralization of data accumulation devices even in a case that a plurality of data accumulation devices are installed to a call connection device. <P>SOLUTION: A data accumulation device 1A receives a call, and when an account entered is not stored in the data accumulation device 1A, a retrieval part 12 transmits the account to another data accumulation device 1B and performs retrieval in the data accumulation device 1B which stores the account, and an acquisition part 14 acquires data accumulated for the account from the data accumulation device 1B which stores the account.
