<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions containing tanaproget. <P>SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical compositions contain micronized tanaproget, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an amount of about 0.1%(wt/wt) of the compositions, microcrystalline cellulose in an amount of about 90.05%(wt/wt), croscamellose sodium in an amount of about 6%(wt/wt), sodium lauryl sulfate in an amount of about 2%(wt/wt), butylated hydroxyanisole in an amount of about 0.1%(wt/wt), povidone in an amount of about 1.5%(wt/wt), and magnesium stearate in an amount of about 0.25%(wt/wt). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
