<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand scotch for a railroad vehicle that can be reliably placed irrespective of the shape of a railroad vehicle and prevents the railroad vehicle from moving due to rolling of a bogie wheel. <P>SOLUTION: The hand scotch for a railroad vehicle includes: a hand scotch body 2 that is placed between a tread Wa of the bogie wheel W in the railroad vehicle and an upper surface of a rail R so as to be fitted between the tread and the upper surface when the railroad vehicle is retained, to prevent the bogie wheel W from rolling; a connecting part 4 coupled to the hand scotch body 2; and a handle 3 connected to the hand scotch body 2 via the connecting part 4, extending in a track width direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the rail R, and has an extendable rod shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
