PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibrator and an ultrasonic diagnostic device which accurately hold an ultrasonic transducer at a predetermined position.

SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator of this invention includes: an ultrasonic transducer; an elastic body disposed on a surface opposite to an ultrasonic radiation surface of the ultrasonic transducer; a base part having a support surface that the ultrasonic transducer is placed with the elastic body disposed therebetween; and a pressing part pressing the ultrasonic transducer against the base part.
