The invention relates to a motor comprising a framework (1) housing at least one stator (7a) and an actuator (8) mobile in relation to an axis X, configured in such a way as to adopt a magnetic coupling arrangement integrating the actuator (8), and a series of poles (12) that are perpendicular to the axis X and can oppose a series of poles (10a) of the stator (7a) during movement, said stator carrying excitation electromagnets (9a). Eyelets (15) are arranged in posts of the framework (1), for varying a distance "d" between the poles (10a) of the stator (7a) and the poles (12) of the actuator (8), thereby modifying the reluctance of the motor. Said actuator (8) comprises a plurality of plates (18) enclosed between sliding lateral bars (19) by guides (13) of the framework and end pieces (22) comprising members (23) for connecting to the device to be actuated.
