<p>Provided is an aqueous pigment dispersion for use in a water-based ink for inkjet recording, said pigment dispersion enabling the formation of recorded color images with excellent color development and light fastness and ensuring excellent ejection durability. Also provided are a water-based ink for inkjet recording and a water-based ink set comprising the water-based ink and a polyvalent metal salt solution. An aqueous pigment dispersion for use in a water-based ink for inkjet recording, characterized by comprising two aqueous pigment dispersions, namely, an aqueous pigment dispersion of (A) an organic pigment and (B) an organic high-molecular compound having an anionic group in (C) an aqueous medium, wherein the organic pigment (A) is a red pigment consisting of a disubstituted quinacridone, and an aqueous pigment dispersion as described above, wherein the organic pigment (A) is C.I. Pigment red 269; a water-based ink for inkjet recording, containing the aqueous pigment dispersion for use in a water-based ink for inkjet recording; and a water-based ink set for inkjet recording, comprising a polyvalent metal salt solution and the water-based ink for inkjet recording.</p> |
