An antenna sheet comprises: an antenna substrate, further comprising a first surface and a second surface which is opposite from the first surface; an antenna which is formed on the first surface of the antenna substrate; an IC module which is connected to the antenna; a function layer which is formed on the first surface of the antenna substrate with the same material as the antenna; an upper exterior substrate which is opposite from the first surface of the antenna substrate; and a lower exterior substrate which is opposite from the second surface of the antenna substrate. One of the upper exterior substrate or the lower exterior substrate has opacity except for a region which corresponds to a portion of the antenna and either all or part of the function layer. The other of the upper exterior substrate or the lower exterior substrate has partial or total opacity.
