PURPOSE: A safety ventilation assembly, a manufacturing method thereof and a battery including the same are provided to rapidly exhaust electrolyte and high pressure gas to outside. CONSTITUTION: A safety ventilation assembly comprises a base material(110) in which penetration holes(111) are formed, a polymer layer(120) which is formed to fill the penetration holes, a low-melting-point adhesive element(130) formed on top of the base material to be in touch with a part of the polymer layer, and a cover(140) which is formed to cover the low melting point adhesive element. A manufacturing method of the safety ventilation assembly comprises the following steps: forming penetration holes on the base material; forming the polymer layer by filling the polymer compound into the penetration holes; arranging the low melting point adhesive member to be in touch with a surface of the polymer layer; arranging the cover to cover the low melting point adhesive member; and bonding the base material, the low melting point adhesive member and the cover.
