<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a rigid urethane foam which is filled in a heat insulating box and a heat insulating door of a refrigerator, wherein a surface void is formed between a polyurethane foam and an inner box made of ABS resin, and an unevenness strain is given to the appearance of the ABS resin-made inner box surface which forms a refrigerator space; a premix polyol for manufacturing the rigid urethane foam; a method of manufacturing the rigid urethane foam; and a refrigerator. <P>SOLUTION: The premix polyol includes 30-80 wt.% of a low viscosity polyol component in which an alkylene oxide is added to an active hydrogen-containing compound having 4-8 active hydrogens, and a foam stabilizer has a chemical structure of general formula (1), wherein an SP value (solubility parameter) is 8.1-8.6.
