<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a penis at a desired position inside an absorbent article. <P>SOLUTION: A penis holder 4 to be used in an absorbent tool includes: a sheet-like holder body 5 having a through-hole for allowing a penis to be inserted therein; and a fastening portion 41 for enabling the body 5 to be fastened to the absorbent tool. Thus, the penis can be held at a desired position inside the absorbent tool. The holder body 5 has a through-hole formed by opening a slit in each of a first holding sheet 51 and a second holding sheet 52.
