<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost brewing unit having a simple concept. <P>SOLUTION: A beverage machine has this beverage brewing unit for receiving a disposable capsule 9. The brewing unit includes: a capsule holding assembly 3 for holding the capsule 9 in a prescribed position while inserting the capsule 9 into the brewing unit by gravitation; and a water injection assembly at least partially surrounding the capsule 9, for supplying water into the capsule 9. A capsule holding portion forms a front portion of the unit, and moves along a nearly horizontal path to be mounted to the water injection assembly. The water injection assembly is a rear side fixing portion of the unit. The beverage machine has an outermost casing 80, can move or expand/contract the brewing unit through the casing 80 or outside the casing 80 so as to insert/remove the capsule 9, and can pull the brewing unit into the outermost casing 80 so as to bring the brewing unit into a capsule extraction form thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
