<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for producing gasified gas, which can improve gasification efficiency without requiring particular cost. <P>SOLUTION: The system for producing the gasified gas includes: a gasification furnace 4 that changes a fluid medium into a fluidized layer and gasifies an injected gasifying material by a heat that the fluid medium has to generate the gasified gas; a burning furnace 2 to which the fluid medium discharged from the gasification furnace 4, and a residue of the gasifying material are guided and where the fluid medium is heated and the residue is burned; an ash-agglomerated catalyst-producing unit 13 for producing an ash-agglomerated catalyst by agglomerating an ash generated from the residue of the gasifying material through a burning action in the burning furnace 2; an introduction unit 14 for introducing the ash-agglomerated catalyst generated in the ash-agglomerated catalyst-producing unit 13 into the burning furnace 2; and a supplying unit 6 for supplying, to the gasification furnace 4, the ash-agglomerated catalyst introduced from the introduction unit 14 to the burning furnace 2 and the fluid medium heated in the burning furnace 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
