<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable acquisition of information from a certain communication destination. <P>SOLUTION: A communication destination identification server receives position identification data including a position of a communication object device 200, an acquisition date and time of the position, and unique identification information for identifying the communication object device 200 to store identification information of the communication object device 200 and hold provided information from the communication object device 200. Further, after receiving a request signal including a retrieval position and date and time as retrieval conditions, the stored identification information is retrieved under the retrieval conditions included in the request signal to identify the communication object device 200 that is communicable and satisfies the retrieval conditions.
