<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a tire and a rim, which is easy in manufacturing, can reliably reduce a hollow resonance sound, and can seal a hole formed at the tire due to a puncture without using a puncture sealing agent; and to provide a method of assembling the tire and rim. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the assembly of the tire and the rim, in which short fibers 300 are filled into a tire internal space which is formed when assembling the pneumatic tire 100 to the rim 200. There are also provided (1) the method of assembling the tire and the rim, for assembling them by inserting the short fibers 300 into the tire when assembling the pneumatic tire 100 to the rim 200, (2) the method of assembling the tire and the rim, for injecting the short fibers 300 from a valve hole after assembling the tire 100 to the rim 200, and thereafter injecting compressed air, and (3) the method of assembling the tire and the rim, for injecting compressed air mixed with the short fibers 300 from the valve hole after assembling the tire 100 to the rim 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
