<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device for safely conveying a sheet packing material without wrinkles or twisting. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet packing material (product) 500 to be conveyed is stacked and placed on a cushioning material 212 on a product table 210 formed at a predetermined height. A product pressing member 230 is placed on the uppermost sheet packing material, and a belt ground material member 240 is placed thereon. Both ends of a lashing belt 300 is engaged with a first belt locking part and a second belt locking part 252. The lashing belt 300 is caused to pass the upper surface of the belt ground material member 240, and the belts are fastened by a ratchet at the upper surface of the belt ground material member 240.
