<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a medicine releasing stent coating agent that enhances anticancer effect by persistently maximizing a releasing rate of gemcitabine, and to provide the medicine releasing stent coating agent produced by the same. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the medicine releasing stent coating agent includes: a stage 1 of dissolving polyurethane in a tetrahydrofuran; a stage 2 of dissolving Pluronic F-127 in tetrahydrofuran; a stage 3 dissolving a gemcitabine compound in ethanol; a stage 4 of mixing solutions obtained in the stages 1 to 3 to produce a mixture solution; a stage 5 of applying the mixture solution obtained in the stage 4 to a stent coated with a Teflon (R) film; a stage 6 of drying the stent of the stage 5 for a predetermined time, and immersing the stent in the tetrahydrofuran solution dissolved with the polyurethane; and a stage 7 of pulling up the stent immersed in the stage 6, and drying the stent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
