<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of communication quality when an area having deteriorated communication quality in a particular communication channel exists in a cell. <P>SOLUTION: A radio base station includes: a communication quality detection unit 183 for detecting communication quality in a subcarrier; a location information acquisition unit 182 for acquiring location information indicative of the location of a radio communication terminal at a time point when the communication quality is detected in the communication quality detection unit; a subcarrier information table storage 185 for storing a subcarrier information table having associated subcarrier numbers, communication quality and location information; a present location information acquisition unit 180 for acquiring present location information indicative of the present location of the radio communication terminal; and based on the subcarrier information table and the present location information, an allocation unit 189 for allocating a communication channel to the radio communication terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
