<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mounting structure of a GND member when the GND member is disposed while it is exposed outside instead of embedding the GND member in an electrode unit support member. <P>SOLUTION: In an intermediate part in a height direction of left and right side faces 32b of a GND plate 32, a plurality of openings 70 are formed at intervals in a longer direction. In an electrode unit support member 24 which is incorporated in an outer case 6, a protrusion 72 is formed at a position corresponding to each opening 70. By mechanically engaging the protrusion 72 with the opening 70, namely snap-fitting, the GND plate 32 is positioned in a longitudinal direction and fixed against the electrode unit support member 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
