The wheel has a bearing system comprising magnets (1) i.e. multi-polar diametric magnetized cylindrical permanent magnets, ferrous fluid (2) and cladding bodies surrounding the ferrous fluid. The magnets are firmly provided at ends of a poor magnetically conductive shaft. A rotor is attached at the shaft, and an intermediate space is provided between the ends of the shaft and the surrounding cladding bodies, and filled with the ferrous fluid. The cladding bodies are made of a magnetic poor conductive material i.e. plastic material, and surrounded by windings.
