The holding device (1) has plastic made frame structure (1.2) on which membrane (2) is arranged. The sealing elements (5) are arranged at edge side of frame structure for sealing the frame structure. The inner and outer sections are provided in frame structure. The membrane is bonded with frame structure using a bonding agent (3).
