PURPOSE: A raw material bucket device is provided to prevent non-completely dried cokes from solidifying and to efficiently transfer the cokes to a fire extinguishing facility. CONSTITUTION: A raw material bucket includes a bucket body, a lower cover(120), and a lower cover opening and closing unit. An opening is formed at the lower part of the bucket body. The lower cover is connected to the opening. The lower cover opening and closing unit is arranged at the lower part of the lower cover. The lower cover opening and closing unit horizontally moves to support the bottom of the lower cover and to be escaped from the bottom of the lower cover.
