<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which can prevent malfunction of a temperature sensor from occurring. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes: a cooler 20 for generating cold air; a cold air duct 13 in which the cooler 20 is arranged and cold air circulates; a defrosting heater 40 arranged below the cooler 20 in the air cold duct 13 and for defrosting the cooler 20; the temperature sensor 25 arranged above the cooler 20 and for sensing temperature to detect a stop time of the defrosting heater 40; and a holding part 30 provided on a front wall 13a of the cold air duct 13 and for holding the temperature sensor 25.
