<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which when receiving facsimile-reception notification, gives the phone number of the facsimile transmission source to the properties of the document received via facsimile. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 2 stores received facsimile data as a document in the storage means. An information processor 1 receives from the image forming apparatus 2 the facsimile reception notification that indicates reception of the facsimile data and that includes at least the phone number of the transmission source of the facsimile data. Then, the image forming apparatus 2 determines whether a newly-arrived document is stored in the storage means and if determining that a newly-arrived document is stored, sets the phone number included in the facsimile-reception notification as a property of the newly-arrived document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
