<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and lamination material for reinforcing a steel structure, which reduce thermal stress generated between a reinforcement fiber-containing material bonded to a steel structure surface and the steel structure surface resulting from temperature variation, achieving sufficient reinforcement effect. <P>SOLUTION: A method for reinforcing a steel structure includes bonding a reinforcement material 100 to a surface of the steel material of the steel structure 200 with an adhesive 110. The reinforcement material 100 comprises a reinforcement fiber-containing material 1 having a linear expansion coefficient smaller than that of the steel material of the steel structure 200, and an alloy plate 10 having a linear expansion coefficient larger than of the steel material. At least respective one layers of the reinforcement fiber-containing material 1 and the alloy plate 10 are alternately bonded to form a laminate with the adhesive 110, so that the thermal stress generated in the steel material and at the bonded interface between the reinforcement material 1 and the steel material is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
