PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power system facility database management system which can efficiently operate electric power system facility databases and also distribute loads of processing devices.

SOLUTION: A monitoring control device comprises: an individual DB generation task 25 for generating individual object data 24C; a download task 27 for receiving a control center DB 24A from a management server 12; and an upload task 26 for transmitting the individual object data 24C and the control center DB 24A to the management server 12. The management server 12 comprises: a common master generation task 121 for generating a common object data 13E; a common master combining task 122 for combining the common object data 13E and individual object data 13F; and a distribution task 123 for distributing the common object data 13E and the individual object data 13F to the monitoring control device which monitors corresponding facilities.
