<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilfer-proof cap made of synthetic resin which has a tamper-proof function together with the function of separation from a PET bottle container in a TE band. <P>SOLUTION: The pilfer-proof cap made of synthetic resin including a cap body threadedly engaged with a threaded portion of a mouth neck of the PET bottle container, and the TE band coupled to the lower end of a skirt portion of the cap body through a rupture bridge, adopts the structure in which the TE band is provided with a division portion being formed into an approximately C-shaped band by cutting off a part of a ring-shaped band, the engagement state between an engaging surface and an engaged surface is maintained against an uncapping stress working circumferentially which is generated when the TE band is detached from the cap body, and also the engagement state between the engaging surface and the engaged surface can easily be released against a separation stress working in an outward direction from the center when the TE band is removed from a setting groove of the PET bottle container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
