<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus which can obtain a high-resolution image even when any one of wires for selecting a row is broken. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging apparatus 1 comprises: a light-receiving part 10; a signal reading part 20; a row selecting part 30; a column selecting part 40; an overflow prevention part 50; and a control part 60. M×N pieces of pixel parts P<SB POS="POST">1,1</SB>to P<SB POS="POST">M,N</SB>each including a photodiode for generating the amount of electric charge depending on the intensity of incident light, and a switch for reading which is connected to the photodiode, are two-dimensionally arrayed in the M row and N column in the light-receiving part 10. Each of N pieces of the pixel parts P<SB POS="POST">m,1</SB>to P<SB POS="POST">m,N</SB>in the m-th row is connected to the row selecting part 30 and the overflow prevention part 50 by the wire L<SB POS="POST">V,m</SB>for selection of the m-th row. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
