<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker with versatility, which can be arranged on a ceiling without a hindrance even when the width dimension and the ceiling shape of a vehicle interior are different. <P>SOLUTION: Attachment holes for fixation to a vehicle body are arranged in respective one ends of a pair of frames 1 and 2 in an on-vehicle speaker 10, and the other ends of the both frames 1 and 2 are connected by extensible connection adjusters 3. Speaker bodies 4 are incorporated in the frames 1 and a frame shape cushion member 5 for elastic contact with a ceiling surface 32 in a vehicle interior is placed in the frames. The connection adjusters 3 are constituted by a first connection member 6 fixed to the frame 1 and a second connection member 7 fixed to the frame 2.
