<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aluminum tube for a photosensitive drum substrate by drawing an aluminum tube stock, capable of increasing drawing velocity of the tube stock and preventing occurence of burning due to poor lubrication during drawing the tube stock. <P>SOLUTION: An aluminum tube stock 20 is moved in a drawing direction X, while scraping a lubricant 8 adhering to the outer peripheral surface of the tube stock 20 by a scraper 5 disposed on the upstream side of a drawing die 2, and applying the lubricant 8 in a circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the tube stock 20. Thus, the tube stock 20 is drawn. The scraper 5 sticks detachably on the edge surface 2a on the upstream side of the die 2 or on the edge surface 3a on the upstream side of a die holder 3 holding the die 2 and movably along the edge surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
