The hash value can be based at least in part on a hardware component of the mobile device and a software module stored at the mobile device. The code can further represent instructions configured to cause the processor to send, to the mobile device, a second signal when the hash value matches a stored hash value associated with the mobile device, the second signal configured to grant, to the mobile device, access to a network.
