DUAL-CENTER DISASTER RECOVERY-BASED SWITCHING METHOD AND DEVICE IN IPTV SYSTEM

Disclosed are a dual-center disaster recovery-based switching method and device in an IPTV system. The method comprises: establishing a main central platform and a spare central platform in an IPTV system and carrying out different place deployment; a switching server monitoring the running state of the main central platform in real time; upon monitoring that the running state of the main central platform is abnormal, the switching server sending a service starting message to each network element device of the spare central platform; and each network element device of the spare central platform starting a service process in response to the service starting message. The present invention solves the problem that single-point failures easily appear during the disaster recovery of the conventional IPTV system and improves the stability of the IPTV system.
