PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of amorphous silica alumina catalysts for pyrolyzing waste plastic using coal fly ash is provided to repeatedly pulverize coal fly ash and alkali and high temperature plasticizing the resultant product of the coal fly ash and the alkali. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of amorphous silica alumina catalysts for pyrolyzing waste plastic using coal fly ash includes the following steps: coal fly ash and alkali are pulverized using a fine pulverizer; the primarily pulverized fly ash and alkali is primarily plasticized; the primarily plasticized product is secondarily pulverized; the secondarily pulverized product is washed; and the washed product is secondarily plasticized to obtain amorphous pyrolysis catalyst.
