PURPOSE: A chip synchronizing using an enable signal and a synchronizing method applied therefor are provided to synchronize a transmission domain and a reception domain using an enable signal and a local clock. CONSTITUTION: A transmission domain(1) transmits a data signal. The transmission domain transmits a transmission enable signal. A reception domain(2) receives the data signal and the enable signal. The transmission domain is synchronized with the reception domain using the received enable signal and local clock. The transmission domain simultaneously generates the data signal and the transmission enable signal. The transmission domain comprises a first flip-flop(3), a transmitter(4), and a second flip-flop(5).
