PURPOSE: A producing method of noodles containing germinated brown rice processed with hot water, and the noodles are provided to improve the texture of the noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodles containing germinated brown rice processed with hot water comprises the following steps: producing the germinated brown rice; drying the germinated brown rice; inserting the dried germinated brown rice into a sealed container, and storing the germinated brown rice at 60-130 deg. C for 1-8 hours; and crushing the germinated brown rice.
