PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to compensate a threshold voltage of a driving transistor and increase a contrast ratio. CONSTITUTION: The source electrode of a driving transistor(Td) is connected to a first node. The gate electrode of the driving transistor is connected to a second node. The drain electrode of the driving transistor is connected to a third node. The anode electrode of an organic light emitting diode is connected to a fourth node. The cathode electrode of the organic light emitting diode is connected to a first low potential voltage source. A control circuit connects or cuts off the second node and the third node. The control circuit supplies a voltage of a high potential voltage source to the first node.
