PURPOSE: A floor sitting type rotary chair is provided to function as a rotary chair of a pre-determined height and to separate a seat part to be used as a floor sitting type chair. CONSTITUTION: A floor sitting type rotary chair includes an upper part(61), a lower part(62), a connecting plate(40), and an assembly unit(41). The connecting plate connects the upper part and the lower part. The assembly unit moves a ring. The connecting plate folds and unfolds the upper part. A groove(51) is formed at the lower part. When the upper part and the lower part are connected, the ring is widened to be mounted into the groove.
