METHOD OF TREATING PURULENT CHOLANGITIS

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for treatment of patients with purulent cholangitis. External regulated decompression of bile ducts by means of nasobiliary probe, gallbladder is ablated and drainage in choledoch is installed in patient. After that recanalisation of umbilical vein is performed, umbilical catheter is installed into its lumen. In post-operative period bile ducts are daily washed with drug mixture with antibiotic via nasobiliary probe for 6-8 days. Simultaneously intraportal introduction of antibiotic in dose 1.0 g, dissolved in 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution is performed via catheter in umbilical vein at rate 20 drops per 1 minute. Antibiotic is selected in accordance with bile microflora sensitivity.EFFECT: method ensures efficient treatment of said pathology due to simultaneous impact on bile microflora with antibiotic solution both from the side of bile ducts and regionally, from liver side.1 ex
