<p>A device that effectively discharges a limited amount of liquid spray at a target, such as herbicide onto a weed, through pump action. The spray is contained by positioning the device such that a conical end-piece encases the target preventing diffusion of the sprayed liquid. The use of liquid is limited by the pump action spray, which discharges the liquid in limited quantities.</p> |
