<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An arithmetic circuit has functions of performing logical operation processing on the basis of an input signal, holding a potential set according to the result of the logical operation processing as memory data, and outputting a signal of a value corresponding to the memory data as an output signal. The arithmetic circuit includes: an arithmetic part performing logical operation processing; a first field effect transistor controlling whether to set the potential of the output signal at a first potential whose value is set according to the result of the logical operation processing; and a second field effect transistor controlling whether to set the potential of the output signal at a second potential as the reference potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
