<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-diameter cable harness capable of changing the wiring direction and furthermore capable of facilitating assembly work while securing excellent waterproof property. <P>SOLUTION: A small-diameter cable harness 11 includes: a plurality of small diameter cables 12; and a waterproof tube 21 through which a plurality of the bundled small-diameter cables 12 are inserted. A tube 17 is provided inside the end of the waterproof tube 21, and a waterproof cap 14 made of an elastic material is formed outside on the waterproof tube 21 and the tube 17 by injection molding. The end of the waterproof tube 21 is fixed by being sandwiched in the thickness direction by the tube 17 and the waterproof cap 14. The tube 17 is bent in advance. The end of the waterproof tube 21 is fitted into the tube 17 in a state of being bent along the tube 17. The waterproof cap 14 is formed by injection molding in the state of being bent along the tube 17 and is in close contact with the waterproof tube 21 and the tube 17 by pressing the waterproof tube 21 against the tube 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
