<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial turbo compressor having an annular compressor flow path arranged concentrically around a rotational axis. <P>SOLUTION: In the axial turbo compressor with the compressor flow path 25 delimited on the outside by a flow path wall 42, and with rotor blades assemblable to form a ring arranged in a rotatably mounted state about the rotational axis, free-end side tips of the rotor blades face the flow path wall 42 with a space formed in between, the flow path wall at least partially has an in-wall structure 44 in an axial-direction section of the tips, and bleed openings 52 of bleed flow paths 50 are provided to let a medium flowing in the compressor flow path 25 flow out. The bleed openings are placed in the in-wall structure so as to allow remarkably effective extracting of the medium flowing in the compressor flow path 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
