<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow sufficient elimination of creases and mechanical damage in laundry caused during a dewatering operation and also allow achievement of a sufficiently preferable finished condition of the dried laundry. <P>SOLUTION: A washing and drying machine is provided that has a function of washing laundry within a rotary tub, rotating the rotary tub to dewater the laundry and then drying the laundry, and that performs, during the dewatering operation, a high-speed rotation operation of the rotary tub by which the laundry clings to the peripheral wall of the rotary tub and a disentangling rotation operation of the rotary tub by which the laundry does not cling to the peripheral wall of the rotary tub, in which a disentangling rotation operation (a disentangling rotation operation b) is also included for performing a water adding operation of adding moisture to the laundry (by actuating a circulation pump) using water stored within a water tub housing the rotary tub. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
